Short of creating actual forms that morph and change shape – still the stuff of science fiction – Hadid creates the solid apparatus to make us perceive space as if it morphs and changes as we pass through..." as noted, Zaha Hadid is known for her cutting edge designs which seem to resemble as noted before something out of a science fiction novel She is one of the worlds most famous female architects and continues to create stunning and unusual designs over a range of different architectural fields eg, residential, commercial, mater planned, sports and leisure, hotels, transport, retail, offices and towers and these are naming a few.

The terrific use of horizontal line work and planes throughout the Californian residence really highlights and brings to life the structure and creates a sense of peace and comfort.

The perfect combination between curves and space really create a comfort which is necessary whether what is being designed is for one person or a multitude of people.

The above images are of a cancer clinic. It is interesting to note that Hadid's design does not incorporate any major curves (As what she has become famous for).

What really highlights this design is the way that it moulds along with the landscape. The station looks as if it were to be coming up naturally out of the ground- as it maintains a floating or hovering aesthetic look
